The Pecky Cypress Arrowhead mount panel I ordered came with a large crack in it. I called the sales department and the girl on the phone told me that this is quite common with the cypress. She told me to forward a picture to the email she gave me. I did but the email would not go through. Pretty much stuck with it. Not all that happy.
