ordered this product for my son-in-law as a Christmas gift, unfortunately it did arrive with a defect in the wood (a linear crack). I called the company and a real live person answered! They immediately sent me a replacement and were so helpful and courteous. I know now why my son-in-law has used their products and service. The new item arrived and is beautiful and the cost was very reasonable.
